答 : 您只需在該貨品的頁面中按下「加入購物籃」,便可將心水貨品加到您的購物清單中。

如何查看購物籃 及 前往結賬 ?

答 : 點擊網頁版面的右上方的 “購物籃” 按鈕,即可查看您已加在購物籃中的心水貨品。點擊購物籃下方的 [訂單結賬],可查看購物籃內貨品之數量及詳情,並可作修改。確認購買數量後可在優惠碼欄位輸入優惠碼(如有)以獲取折扣,填寫送貨地址、收貨聯絡人資料、以及信用卡資料(請核對資料正確無誤,以確保貨品能順暢送達),再點擊 [前往結賬] 以完成該過程。成功付款後您將在註冊郵箱收到一封列有訂單編號及詳細訂購內容之確認電郵。

4. 忘記密碼該怎麼辦?

答 : 您可在[登錄] 頁面上點擊 [忘記密碼] ,然後填寫您在FoodFairHK註冊之電子郵件地址,完成後點擊 [重設密碼] 。
密碼重設連結將發送到您的電子郵箱,開啟電子郵件並點擊 [按這裡重設您的密碼] 連接網站即可重置密碼。

5. 假如我的訂單出錯怎麼辦?

答 : 當收貨人收取貨品的同時,有責任當面檢查貨品的狀況,或交付的數量是否正確。如發現已訂購之貨品並非閣下所訂購,或交付的數量不正確,請立即通知送貨員,送貨員會回收有關貨品。請於收貨後24小時內聯絡我們的客戶服務部,以安排跟進。

Answer : You must register as our member to place orders. Register now!

2. How can I do registration?

Answer : You may please click the button “My Account” at the upper-left corner. Then click “Register” to fill in a valid email and password. By completing these two simple steps , you can enjoy shopping as a FoodFairHK member!

3. How to add products to shopping cart?

Answer: You may please click “add to cart” at the product page to add the products you want to purchase to the shopping cart.

How can I check the shopping cart and check-out?

Answer: You may please click “cart” button at the upper-right corner to see what you have added in the shopping cart. For more details such as quantity of the products you added and product specification, please click “checkout”. You may feel free to edit your order at this page. You may please confirm your order and enter a discount code(if any) to get the discount. After that, please fill in the delivery address, contact information and credit card information(please ensure the information is correct and clear for an unobstructive delivery). Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” to complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation letter with a list of order reference number and detail purchasing content in your email box.

4. What can I do if I forget my password?

Answer: You may please go to “Login” page and click “Lost your password?” to fill in your FoodFairHK login email and click “Reset password”. The password reset link will be sent to your email then you may please click to reset your password.

5. What can I do if the delivered merchandise are different with my order?

Answer: It is the receiver’s responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, at the time of delivery. If the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please inform our delivery staffs immediately at the time of delivery. Our delivery staffs will take back the merchandise in question. Please also call to our Customer Service Team (Tel: 2639 9188) within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise.

Answer :It is the receiver’s responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, at the time of delivery. If the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), please inform our delivery staffs immediately at the time of delivery. Our delivery staffs will take back the merchandise in question. If the merchandise are found faulty, defective or damaged after delivery, please also call to our Customer Service Team (Tel: 2639 9188) within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise.
